Returns

We want you to celebrate everything you receive from OPA PLATIA! Should you need to return or exchange an item, please read our return policy below.

Online Return Policy:

• Items should be returned new, unused an with the garment tags attached.
• Returns and exchanges must be made with a receipt, within 60 days of purchase, for a full refund or merchandise credit.
• Returns and exchanges made without a receipt, or after 60 days will be eligible for a merchandise credit only.
• Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly.
• Returns made by mail will be subject to return shipping charges that will be deducted from the refund amount.

To Initiate a Return:

1. Please contact our customer care via email at celebrate@opaplatia.com.
2. Please be sure to include your name, order number, items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
3. We will then issue you a return label for your items. Simply print the label, affix to the package, and send it back.
4. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return for your refund to process.
